The one people cross the city for.
We got tired of dull, bitter matcha, so we built our own organic label. Single-origin first-harvest leaves from one Uji farm, stone-milled slow, whisked here by hand. Guests keep telling us it's the best in Munich. We're not going to argue.

Coffee from rotating European roasters, low-intervention wine, and OJI. Kitchen keeps it short: cake, focaccia, and whatever the market gave us.
